Mohabbat

"Mohabbat bhi Zindagi ki tarah hoti hai
Har mod asaan nehi hota, har mod pe khushiya nehi milti.
Jab hum zindagi ka saath nehi chhodte toh
Mohabbat ka saath kyun chhode??

Dowry---My Perspectivce

After taking dowry how can a husband demand or say “I love you” to his wife?

If he says so how can the wife believe it?

The fact is when this same person was unmarried and was looking for a bride that time he and his family members has made many meetings with different bride’s family and at the end the family who agreed to pay that certain amount of money then  this person agreed  to marry their girl.

Now after marriage the wife knows the fact that she has became accepted by her husband coz her family has paid the dowry, so on the basis of which this husband and wife spending their lives?..at least not on the basis of love…its necessity, necessity of life, necessity of security.

There are some clever grooms also…they don’t take dowry directly rather they tell the family of the bride to DECORATE (their view, I think so) their girl as much as the bride’s family want…this is an indirect direction to the family of brides to decorate their girl at least with the golden jewelry worth RS 5 lac (in middle class family).
Almost all the parents have a dream to prepare their girl with ornaments and they all wish that it will be better if they can do it according to their budget but for the pressure of the groom’s family they must have to cross the limit and it becomes a big burden for them.

I wonder actually with whom these types of grooms get married?...with the money(Wealth) or with the girl.

Now comes third category…in some families there is tradition  that the parents of the bride will arrange all the necessary furniture for the future couple, these furniture includes…bed, show case, dressing table, dining table and chairs but not necessarily all these…but  some grooms accept all these showing the excuse that they are taking care of the emotions of the bride’s family….i wanna say…if you are really so much caring about the emotions of the bride’s family then take just two chairs…tradition and emotion both will be maintained.

There are another types of clever grooms who don’t take huge amount of money…they are very caring about the emotions of the bride’s parents so they ALLOW bride’s family to decorate the bride as much as her parents want and they say very politely that they will take the money only for the reception purpose…I wonder !!! if you can’t bear the expenses of your reception how will you bear the expenses of your wife for the life time !!!

Among the clever brides there are some who have the habit to TALK gentle words…bride’s family buys gifts for the groom, dresses, wrist watch etc as gift, they call the groom to chose the gifts and “cleverly gentle” grooms will show that they are worried for the expenses of the bride’s family but at the end they will choose the expensive dresses and wrist watch for sure.

I really feel very sorry for those who has started their married life after giving money as dowry or started with golden jewelry almost covering their bodies beyond the budget of their parents.
