Mohabbat

"Mohabbat bhi Zindagi ki tarah hoti hai
Har mod asaan nehi hota, har mod pe khushiya nehi milti.
Jab hum zindagi ka saath nehi chhodte toh
Mohabbat ka saath kyun chhode??

Taking Examinations

Standing in the space in between the two gates of the compartment of the train I was busy to cherish the beauty of the nature, their conversation was gradually making me more interested about them and after a while it became irresistible for me to not to talk with them, i asked

…is it really possible?

The boy closer to me replied with a smile
…Yes, why not? It’s a very simple calculation.

I felt an extreme anxiety to know how? So I asked again

…You really did it?

There were three boys and a girl, she replied with a smile

…yes we did it, rather from that time my friendship has
become stronger with all these three idiots.

Then the third boy took part in the conversation

…what can be the biggest proof than our present admission in our desired colleges?

…Yes, I can understand it from your conversation.

They all laughed out.

But I have still some doubts, I mean it’s not clear to me…with the intention to know the entire process I said this.

The first boy with a smiling face started to explain me the entire process very enthusiastically

…Look, my name is Arnab and here is Ashoke, Aparna and Arkit. My friendship with Ashoke and Arkit is from the 10th grade and Aparna has become our friend from the mid season of 12th standard. Let me tell you the truth…we all don’t have much interest in study we are doing it because our parents want it and they expect good marks from us. None of us secured more than 55% marks in the test exam that takes place three months before the 12th grade board exam but it was not a headache, we were making plan for the board exam, so plan was like this…according to alphabetical order the seat of Aparna will be in the front of all of us then just behind her there will be Arkit, then me(Arnab) and then Ashoke, so we choose the certain group of every paper, like Aparna will take care of group B of math question coz it contains differential equations and she does not like other topics like integral calculus and geometry, so Ashoke took the responsibility of integral calculus which he likes a lot and Arkit took care of geometry and I opted  the algebra and short questions. None of us had to take much load and during exam we exchanged our answer sheets and copied the answers.

Then Ashoke interrupted

…on the other hand if you follow the questions of the previous years like …if you are giving exam in an even year then follow then question papers of previous even years and 30% question will be common. You know what’s the best part of our examination process…they check our memory not our creativity or application skill.

Aparna somehow managing her smile replied

…yes, it’s true, you know I remembered some of the answers of differential calculus just like we used to remember history and geography till class ten, now I have forgot all those.

Completing the sentence she continued to laugh.

Ashoke continued

…we all did it, some maths are too tough to understand, so many equations you have to use to solve those problems and we don’t have much interest in all these then it’s better to remember them like history and geography and after doing all these if you don’t have answer for certain question then the toilet is there to help you, you will find it tough where to pee in the toilet during exam.

I agreed by nodding my head.

He continued

…in the toilet you will get lots of Xerox copies, books and hand written notes and to know where you will get the answer of certain question you have to spend only ten minutes just before the exam.

How much marks did you carry in the board exam?...i asked curiously.

Arkit answered

…we all have secured more than 76% marks which none of us secured in the eleventh grade and in the test exam.

Then they all laughed out.

…So you gonna repeat this process in college exams?
Yes, for sure, this time Aparna and Ashoke have to find other partners because they are in the same college and we will also make a team with our new friends, I am in the same college with Arkit…replied Arnab.
Now the question which arises is…who actually take the exam? ….the exam boards taking exam of the students or the students are taking the examination of exam boards?

This is not a work of fiction, its what I have experienced during a train journey in the month of September this year.

Contradictory Thoughts Existing in The Society

Top post on IndiBlogger, the biggest community of Indian Bloggers

My brain is totally confused now-a-days…I am confused…what should I follow and what should I don’t!!!!!!

Today I am gonna share some so called “Teachings” those we have heard numerous numbers of times and those are actually contradictory…

Contradictory thoughts no 1

It’s not masculine to beat the girls (लड़कियों पे हाथ उठाना मर्दानगी नहीं होती)
This is the one of the teachings we all have been taught…

But on the other hand it’s also said that

You should not differentiate between the girls and the boys, all genders should be treated EQUALLY (लड़का और लड़कियों मे भेदा-भेद नही करना चाहिए)

Now tell me which one should I follow, sometime when we quarrel with our friends(boys) and situation become agitated then we go for action…I mean some blows and kicks to our enemies(temporary) now if I should equally treat both the genders then we should beat our friends who are girls also.

Contradictory thoughts no 2

“Opportunity knocks at the door but once”

We all have heard this

But we also have heard that…every new morning brings new opportunity in your life, you should thank the God for giving another chance. (हर एक सुबह एक नयी उम्मीद लेके आता है, भगवान ने तुम्हे एक नया सुबह दिखाया तोह समझलेना एक और मौका दे दिया तुम्हे)

So what should I do, should I avoid a opportunity and should wait for something better or we should accept the first one immediately? May be that first one is not the “best” and can lead you to a wrong way.

Contradictory thoughts no 3

“Only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches”.

On the other hand it is said…don’t judge a person so quick because there must be a story behind his activity.

It is also said…don’t be judgmental.

Now tell me the truth…when a drunkard being drunken crosses the lane of your house with trembling footsteps and murmuring then what is your reaction?

The common reaction is…”that is an idiot drunkard”…thoughts related to this generates in everyone’s mind, we immediately start to hate him or dislike him…but no one tries to know the “story”, we really don’t care for that.

If “only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches” then who we are to take decision about someone seeing him for just few minutes or hours.

Oh, ho…it’s also a common thought that…it’s really very tough to understand how the person is…it needs time to know.

The truth is…no one comes in this world with a bottle of whisky in their hands…”there must be a story” and who knows if we listen that story that can wrench our hearts for long time.

.
Contradictory thoughts no 4

This one is very much related to upper mentioned one…
People talks about hard and smart work but irony is…when wish someone we say…”best of luck” not “best of hard/smart work”.

We believe at the end there is something called “destiny” even now a days “karma” is very popular in discussion and when we fail after repeated tries we say “it was my destiny” but when we see a drunkard then we blame…he must have not tried properly.

There are so many people from below poverty level who tried for long time to secure the future of their families, they worked hard, they tried all the ethical ways but failed at the end…those people can’t tolerate to see their children are dying for food, they can’t see their family members does not have proper dresses now after all these burning and torturing views he takes the help of whisky then what’s wrong with it.

Some people says…whisky is not the solution then it’s also true that…your hatred is also not a solution

Contradictory Thoughts no 5

it is said that…when you are going to meet a girl/boy for marriage purpose then don’t ask about her/his future.

On the other hand its also said that…relationships should be based on truths(रिश्ते हमेशा सच कि बुनियाद पर बनाना चाहिए,झुठ कि बुनियाद पे नही)

Now tell me…if I don’t know the past of my would be “better half” then how can the be transparency in the relation, how can I have clear concept about her?

I think the suggestion…not to ask the past of your would be spouse is given because everyone knows…there is no profit o ask the past and try to know the truth coz…people will either don’t tell you the truth (will purely lie) or will tell you the half truth or will manipulate the truth….so there is no profit of asking about her/his past.

Some people also have the habit to say (to their spouses)…I have nothing to do with your past, what you are at present matters for me now it’s also said(the famous proverb)…”habit is the second nature”

The habits of people does not change so easily…its really a tough one.

Now let me share why all these thoughts generated in my brain…it’s about two married couples…

First Couple

Recently the husband has come to know that his “better half” have lots of extra marital affairs and so they both are going for divorce, she had this habit before marriage and she continued after a short break after the marriage.

Second Couple

The wife has come to know that his husband cant sleep alone, I mean…before and after marriage her husband always needed someone to sleep during night(sometime in day time), even after marriage when he used to go for official tour alone those days he has slept with someone…ha ha ha ha …presented in a funny way and I think it does not need clarification with which gender he likes to sleep.

Presently they have filed a divorce.

Really it’s always right…habit is the second nature.

when people immediately start to hate a drunkard and specially when people suggest not to ask about the past I feel like they want to rule out the subject called “psychology”, so many scholars, so may psychologists, so many psychiatrist are spending their sleepless nights researching on this topic…are all they stupid?

ufffff...not more today...i need to be relaxed so i am gonna sit and drink...no,no, don't criticize me...."there is a story" behind it, at first listen it friends....just kidding.

****This post does not mean to support alcoholism or any other drugs, some psychological analysis has been made...nothing more than that.
